What it’s about
Digital workflows that work in everyday operations.
Whether in the office, the warehouse or the field: the value of digital tools is decided in everyday operations – with little time, changing conditions and sometimes no network. Solutions that only look good at a desk often fail under exactly these conditions.
We build digital workflows that work end to end – from incoming jobs and scheduling to documentation and billing – with a few clear steps for everyone involved.
Existing programs, for example for quotes or accounting, are connected rather than replaced if they work well.
Typical starting points
- Notes, photos and paperwork end up in different places.
- Reports are typed up in the office in the evening.
- The office doesn’t know the current status of each job.
- Signatures and records are missing when the invoice is written.

What this looks like in practice.
Typical situations from practice – described freely, without reference to specific clients.

-
Example
Status for clients

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Does the solution work without an internet connection?
Yes, if required. Offline-capable apps store entries on the device and transfer them as soon as a connection is available again.
Do we have to replace our existing software?
Not necessarily. It often makes more sense to connect programs that work well and only close the gaps.
How much effort is the rollout for the team?
We design the interfaces to require only a few steps and introduce new workflows gradually.
Which devices are needed?
Existing smartphones or tablets are usually sufficient. Special requirements, such as rugged devices, are clarified during conception.
