Custom Software & App Development
Software that adapts to your business.
We build applications around your processes – from internal tools to complete industry-specific platforms.
What it’s about
Software that adapts to your business.
Off-the-shelf software reflects the average of many companies. As soon as your processes differ, workarounds appear: extra spreadsheets, duplicate data entry and knowledge that only a few people have. Custom software reverses this – it reflects your processes, not the other way around.
We build applications that contain exactly the features needed in daily work. That can be a lean internal tool, a customer portal or a platform that connects several departments and locations.
Throughout, we make sure the application stays easy to understand, works cleanly with existing systems and can be extended later.
Typical starting points
- A process is currently organized with spreadsheets, emails and paper.
- Employees on the move need the same information as the office – even without a stable connection.
- Customers or partners should be able to view or submit data themselves.
- A legacy application needs to be modernized without disrupting day-to-day operations.
Scope of services
What this service area includes – explained in detail.
-
Web applications
Browser-based applications that run on any workstation without installation and are updated centrally.
-
Mobile apps
Applications for smartphones and tablets, designed for short tasks on the move.
-
Desktop software
Programs for workstations with special requirements, such as device access or large data volumes.
-
Customer portals
Secure areas where customers track jobs, download documents or submit requests.
-
Internal tools
Lean applications that simplify a specific process and replace spreadsheet solutions.
-
Dashboards
Overviews that bring together status and key figures from different systems.
-
Industry-specific applications
Solutions for specialist processes that standard software only partially covers.
-
Offline-capable solutions
Applications that keep working without a network and synchronize data reliably later.
-
Role-based user areas
Permissions and views that match each role – from field staff to management.
Example situations
What this looks like in practice.
Typical situations from practice – described freely, without reference to specific clients.
-
Example
Jobs in the field
Jobs are planned in the office and appear on the team’s tablet. On site, photos, readings and a signature are captured; the data is immediately available for invoicing and documentation.
-
Example
Customer portal instead of email threads
Customers see the status of their jobs, download documents and submit new requests in a structured way. Follow-up calls become less frequent.
-
Example
Replacing a spreadsheet solution
A spreadsheet that has grown over the years is replaced by an application with clear input forms, validation rules and permissions. Existing data is migrated.
How we work
In four clear steps.
-
01
Map the workflows
We look at how work is done today and where time or information gets lost.
-
02
Prioritize features
Together, we decide what the first version must do and what comes later.
-
03
Prototype and build
A clickable draft evolves step by step into the finished application – with regular milestones.
-
04
Launch and operations
We support the launch, take care of hosting and maintenance if required, and continue development.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Which companies benefit from custom software?
It’s not about company size but about the process. Even a small team benefits when a core process involves a lot of manual work or several systems need to be connected. If an off-the-shelf solution fits well, we recommend it.
Web app, native app or desktop software – which is right?
That depends on users, devices and where the software is used. Web applications are the easiest to roll out, native apps have advantages for device features and offline use, desktop software for special hardware connections. We explain our recommendation during the concept phase.
Can existing data be migrated?
Usually, yes. We analyze the structure and quality of your existing data, clean it up where necessary and migrate it via import or interface.
How are usage rights to the software handled?
Usage and ownership rights are agreed transparently and in writing before the project starts, tailored to your project.
What happens after launch?
If you wish, we take care of hosting, monitoring, updates and further development. New requirements are implemented in plannable stages.
